NAME
dull wits - magically lobotomizes its victims, destroying their ability to
use spells or proficiencies
SYNOPSIS
cast 'dull wits' [<victim>] [<amount>]
DESCRIPTION
Dullards and simpleton abound, but with the application of this powerful
incantation, even the wisest adventurer can be rendered a gibbering idiot.
All of the victim's knowledge of skills will be reduced by the specified
amount, defaulting to -25%. Spell cost is correlated to the amount reduced,
and the amount itself can be tempered with resistance to mental tampering. In
addition to the skill reductions, victims will suffer from reduced sanity,
wisdom and knowledge, and will be entirely unable to lore items.
REQUIREMENTS
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least
100% Spell Complexity Comprehension.
