DESCRIPTION
Within the world of Alyria some adventurers have chosen to fight amongst
each other in mortal combat. To facilitate these pursuits in the least
antisocial ways, many of the Lords and Ladies of Alyria have permitted the
Duelist's guild to accept public applications and grant licenses to any
dues-paying Adventurer.

Adventurers may become licensed by purchasing a Dueling License from a member
of the Van Pelt family, and declaring CLASS DUELIST at a quest master. As
long as the Duelist License is active, an adventurer may PK almost anywhere.
Duelists are functionally similar to Clan PK members, albeit without the
requirement to be in a PK clan; Duelists and Clan PK members can all fight
one another outside of the bounds of normal PK rooms.

Duelists' status are indicated on LOOK and WHO by the [Duelist] flag, and
can be filtered on WHO via WHO DUELIST and WHO PKABLE (filters for both
Duelists and Clan PK members.
