DESCRIPTION
Offering sacrifices to the Powers frequently results in material gain by
deities thankful for the thought, but in rare circumstances, one or multiple
Powers may seek to temporarily end the practice. A so-called divine
injunction spreads across a geographic territory, physically discouraging
adherents and adventurers from sacrificing corpses of the fallen. The exact
circumstances and nature by which these injunctions arise are ineffable and
unguessable, but the effects are all too clear.
