NAME
dispel magic - removes spells and affects from the target
SYNOPSIS
cast 'dispel magic' <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell is a powerful sorcery that attempts to strip magical effects
from a target. If the opposing spells are strong enough, dispel magic may
need to be used several times to be successful. If it is cast quietly and
effectively before combat, the target may not know that they have been
dispelled until it's too late. Unfortunately, dispel magic will not
discriminate between harmful and beneficial spells.
