cast 'disjunction' <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell reduces the victim's learned skill percentage by up to 15%.
When in effect, all the victim's skills will show up as 'modified' in his
or her skill list, and will be reduced by up to 15% in effectiveness.
Disjunction also has the power to reduce mastered spells and
proficiencies, making it a quite powerful curse.
