NAME

SYNOPSIS
cast 'diseased cloud'
DESCRIPTION
When cast, this spell causes a fine mist of droplets infected with
plague-carrying organisms to persist in the area in which the spell is
set. It is dangerous to cast this spell in populated areas, and as such,
prolonged use of this controversial spell may lower the caster's
alignment.
When a victim enters the diseased cloud, he has a good chance of
becoming infected with the plague. The duration and intensity of the
effect depends on the level at which the original diseased cloud spell
was cast.
While the spell will always affect NPCs (unless cast by an NPC),
players will only be affected in playerkilling areas.
