SYNOPSIS
cast 'deceleration sphere'
DESCRIPTION
A beneficial variant of the necromantic spell slowers, deceleration sphere
reduces the speed of things nearby the affected by increasing the
atmosphere's viscosity. All physical damage is reduced by 20%, and
incoming thrown projectiles have a 20% chance to stop before they hit.
The affected can wield their weapon normally, but all damage dealt by
outgoing projectiles is significantly reduced.
Due to the tremendous effort required by altering the nature of the
atmosphere for extended periods of time, deceleration sphere drains 25 spell
points per tick.
