NAME
cursed fog - creates a malignant ethereal fog in the area

DESCRIPTION
This spell produces a cloud of malignant ethereal energy that will pollute the
caster's current location for a variable duration of time. All who enter the
area, or who stay within the area while the spell is in effect, will suffer
from the curse of the fog if they fail to resist the magic.

The curse that affects the victim reduces the victim's saving vs. spells.
Cursed fog does not stack with the normal 'curse' spell, and if the victim
is cursed via the normal 'curse' spell after having been affected by
'cursed fog', the normal 'curse' will replace the 'cursed fog' affect.

While the spell will always affect NPCs (unless cast by an NPC), players will
only be affected in playerkilling areas.
