SYNOPSIS
cast counterspell <target>
DESCRIPTION
This powerful sorcery enables the caster to turn an opponent's magic
against them. If the counterspell is timed properly, and takes effect
before the opponent finishes casting, there is a chance that it will
cause their spell to backfire. In some cases, a wild surge in the magic
will occur instead, resulting in an unpredictable occurrence. The success
of this effect depends on the level of the caster and their sanity.
