SYNOPSIS
cast 'condemn' <victim>
DESCRIPTION
Condemnation is the flip side to the unconditional love of a benevolent deity;
hellfire, brimstone and eternal damnation are all aspects of divine
condemnation. When an adventurer is condemned by the deities via a mortal
conduit there is a 50% chance of having lowered armor resistance or a lowered
chance to save against spells.
