concentration - increase power of spells via concentration

SYNOPSIS
cast 'concentration'

DESCRIPTION
A studious wizard may find themselves repeating the formula for a magical
spell endlessly in order to practice and memorize it; while this of no small
benefit in and of itself, the act of concentration can itself result in
magical phenomena. Focusing concentration will cause the next spell cast out
of a spellbook to be significantly more powerful than usual, but the focus
is short-lived, and can only enhance on such spell before wearing off.
