SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
This powerful spell creates a solid wall of fire around the area in which
it was cast. The resulting flames will harm anyone who enters or leaves
the room, and there is a chance that the smoke will cause temporary
blindness.
While the spell will always affect NPCs (unless cast by an
NPC), players will only be affected in playerkilling areas.
