SYNOPSIS
cast 'chain lightning' <victim name>
DESCRIPTION
This spell conjures a lightning bolt, that, once it successfully strikes
its target, electrically arcs to the next formation member. As the
lightning bolt strikes each member, it becomes less and less effective
until it finally fizzles out.
