SYNOPSIS
cast 'buffet'

DESCRIPTION
This spell will fill the room in which it is cast with strong winds, causing
numerous complications. Anyone in the room when the spell is cast may be
affected by the initial buffets, rendering them vulnerable to air, with the
strength and number of people affected based on the strength of Dira's
piety. Anyone attempting to flee from the buffeted room may be hampered, at
a rate based on the strength of Dira's piety; failures will result in a
significant period of discombobulation. All valid targets in the room when
buffet is cast will find themselves temporarily more vulnerable to air.

Buffet only works in hills, foothills, mountain, craggy mountain, sheer
mountain, glacier, cliff, chasm, void, dungeon, mountain road, bridge, rocky
ground, beach or air.
