DESCRIPTION
By creating an intense burst of magical energy before the victim's eyes,
this spell attempts to render the target sightless. The length of time
that the effect remains depends on the level of the caster, and it can
cause a decrease in agility and hindrance of most actions. However, the
spell can quickly be reversed through magical means.
