NAME
bless - protects the target against harmful magic
SYNOPSIS
cast bless <target>
cast bless <object>
DESCRIPTION
This spell imparts the blessing of a Power upon the target, and its
strength and duration increase with the level of the caster. Bless can be
cast upon players of similar alignment, or upon weapons that are not
evil. Targets affected by this spell become more resistant against
harmful magic effects.
Blessing an object can remove some harmful spells from it, but it may take
several attempts to remove all such spells, if such a thing can be done.
