damage from drow
SYNOPSIS
cast 'bleakness' <victim>
DESCRIPTION
Bleakness is a staple of many orthodox drow lives, and by inflicting their
glorious misery upon those unaccustomed to it, may gain a leg up in battle.
Victims without proper resistance to negativity will find themselves feeling
myopic within the wilds, and will take 10% more direct damage from spells cast
by drow.
Due to the particularly miserable circumstances in such areas, bleakness may
only be cast within Dungeons, Underground areas and Keeps.
