NAME
binding curse - binds the target's equipment and possessions to their
body so they cannot be removed or changed out
SYNOPSIS
cast 'binding curse' <victim>
DESCRIPTION
This spell causes the target's possessions and equipment to be magically
bound to their bodies. Equipment cannot be removed or worn while the
spell is in effect, and items that are in the inventory cannot be put
into containers.
