ACID MIST

NAME
acid mist - creates a cloud of acidic droplets in the area, causing acid
damage to all within range
SYNOPSIS
cast 'acid mist'
DESCRIPTION
This spell creates a mist of fine acid droplets that will fill the
caster's area. Anyone within the mist of droplets will be hit by acid
damage as long as they stay within the range of the spell.
While the spell will always affect NPCs (unless cast by an NPC),
players will only be affected in playerkilling areas.
