SYNOPSIS
cast 'a hundred years of silence'

DESCRIPTION
Like the silence spell, with this spell the caster can silence individuals.
Its uniqueness lies in its ability to silence everyone in a very wide area,
such as a continent, making them unable to speak, cast spells, or even pray
to their Power until the effect has worn off. This spell has only been cast
once in the historical record, by the archmage Riga, initiating five
centuries of his domination of the land of Alyria, deemed the Age of Silence.

To maintain this spell for a hundred years, great power is required. In
Riga's case, he utilized the power from his magical gem, until he
was betrayed by his apprentice, the Sorceress Cassandra.

REQUIREMENTS

* Casting this spell requires the use of an unknown quantity of reagents.
* In order to practice this spell you must have achieved at least 100%
   Spell Complexity Comprehension.
