Small figurines should not be this disturbing.  Perched on a small wooden
pedestal, there's a single shrunken head of an unidentified animal.  Its
eyes have been removed and replaced with pearls.  It has also been decorated
with warpaint and blood.  Carved into the pedestal are all sorts of dark,
arcane symbols, as well as some unintelligible orc writing.  No one has ever
figured out whether orc gods are false or true deities, but this totem was
clearly made by a believer.
