The shape of this bullet is much like a tapered funnel.  The base is
solid bronze, but the sides go up and fold back inside at the tip.  The
hollow of the bullet is filled with a toxic beetle saliva that causes
paralysis when ingested.  Apparently the creator of the slug hoped that when
the bullet was fired, the poison would enter the target's body and render
him ill.
