This large rocket seems to be one of the objects Sagesse is ever so
desperate to get completed for the celebrations.  It is covered in a bright
orange paper and has a small message written at the bottom of the paper. 
The side of it has been melted and scortched causing it to bend inwards.  A
long fuse sticks out from the bottom of it, sparking and sputtering as it
burns away.  Several ridges have been carved into all sides of the rocket as
if it were ment to be stuck into something.  Inside the rocket is an
explosive charge and lots of chemicals, this is a dangerous object and could
cause considerable damage if not used in the right manner.
