How odd... you've never seen such a small storm cloud, nor one so close
to the ground.  This tiny cloud hovers about a foot off the ground, and is
only about 6 inches wide.  You bend over to get a closer look, and see that
it appears to perfectly normal, except for its miniscule size.  Perhaps you
could store it in a bottle, and find some use for it later.
