This arrow, made of a thicker wooden shaft then others of its type, is
tightly wound in cotton swaths.  Upon examining the arrow, the rich scent of
crude oil hits your nostrils, enough to make a man's eyes water.  The
purpose of this arrow is obvious, to act as some sort of flaming projectile
when set alight.  Oddly, the arrow lacks the classic crown of feathers at
the cocked end, instead displaying wooden fins in their place.
