Some strange substance has been used to encapsulate a bit of water and what
looks like a dried and ground bit of seaweed as well.  Science was unable to
explain for many years how it was possible for the seaweed to survive on the
bottom of the ocean until it was discovered that tiny air pockets in its
leaves are able to filter the gas out of the water around it.  One of the
more interesting application of this knowledge goes along with the fact that
the plant begins trapping oxygen if removed from the water, and therefore
cannot survive.  If this pill is consumed, the seaweed inside contains just
enough air to grant the ability to breathe underwater temporarily.
