This is a curious-looking device, almost like a miniature horned instrument,
or funnel.  Buskers and tavern musicians are known to use larger versions of
this device for performances, but this is a new application.  It has a
bracelet attachment, and the narrow end curves to roughly where a bard's
instrument would be.  The larger end is facing outwards, presumably towards
opponents who will hear a brutal wall of sound.
