The cover of this book is made out of the finest marble.  Precious gems
are arranged to form the words in the title of the book, and each page is
made out of a thin sheet of gold.  The story makes Riga out to be a 'god'
who protected the inhabitants of Alyria from their own magic.  The story
goes on and explains how only a sorcerer as great as Riga could cast such
spells, and that the might of The Powers is nothing compared to that of
Riga's.  This book was obviously made by a fearful scholar that sought to
appease the wrath of the Sorcerer through means of flattery.
