This tight leather collar is somewhat uncomfortable at first, but
eventually you don't even notice it.  There is a large steel loop in the
front of the collar, presumably meant to attach a leash.  While the collar
doesn't seem to do anything special, it still makes you feel strangely
excited.  You wonder who it originally belonged to, and what exactly they
used it for.
