This is a lockpicking tool used by locksmiths, or thieves and burglars.  It
is a slender strip of steel, made so thin that it should be easy to break,
but is amazingly strong and flexible.  One end of the strip is thicker than
the other end and seems to be a handle.  Several notches have been filed
into the other end.
