This strange blue hat is a tapered cylinder about four inches high.  It
looks a little too small for your head, although an elastic band would help
with that issue.  It's kind of silly-looking, and the golden tassle sticking
out of the top certaintly doesn't help.  This hat seems like a managerial
prank, played upon young bellboys by their elder superiors.  Whatever it is,
its design seems oriented towards discouraging any non-required use, and
that seems like a good idea.
